A Healing Journey of the Sacred Masculine & Feminine

THE JOURNEY

From the moment we are born, we are subjected to the dual socialization of being a man or a woman, where we are placed into gender roles that affect and condition our behavior, our way of relating, of showing ourselves, of perceiving the world, of giving and receiving, of projecting ourselves... and together with our life experiences up to the present moment, it also conditions and shapes our sexuality, pleasure, our sensitivity and sensuality, our ability to feel and perceive, to manage our emotions, our ability to love and to be loved, how we relate to ourselves, to other people and to our partners.

This has also separated us from our pure feminine and masculine essence. We have repressed our feminine energy and taken our masculine energy to the extreme, living in a wounded and polarized masculine society and losing balance. And to remember that balance we must recover the natural movement and dance between both energies. Everything that exists in the Universe, including humans, has both energies (yin and yang, masculine and feminine, light and darkness…), because everything in the world is a polarity… and this path of tantric healing leads us to remember and reconnect with the qualities of both energies that inhabit us, to recover again the movement and the natural dance that occurs between them and that is the origin of all life. Through the union of both energies and the dissolution of duality we can create new life, and surrender to life.

To the extent that we can experience it within ourselves, we can also manifest it outside and experience it with another person. This path brings us closer to a deep understanding of ourselves, to bringing compassion on our path of healing and understanding and having compassion for others, bringing clarity, awareness and responsibility to our sexuality.

From Tantra, Sexuality is understood as Sacred since it is the origin of all life, and as an important part of us that we must reintegrate and heal. ​ We will deconstruct the patterns, conditioning and domestication of our sexuality, genitals and differentiated roles, as well as free ourselves from our own story. We will know the sacredness and symbolism of our sexuality and genitals, the potential of our sexual energy as creative energy that helps us open our hearts, heal and elevate our consciousness.

It is a path to understand the difference of our bodies, energies, cycles, needs and celebrate that difference, to heal the relationship between our masculine and feminine and that allows us to approach men and women in a healthier and more compassionate way, with another understanding and comprehension and celebrating the differences between us.

​

This is a path of Healing our internal Feminine and Masculine, of healing our sexuality and of remembering again that we are One, that duality come from that Union and only exists to come back to Unity again within and without. We are going to consummate the Sacred Marriage within us, the Sacred Union, that allows us to manifest the same in our relationships from the coherence of sex, love and consciousness.

CONTENT

​

It will be a 6-week journey where we will meet every Friday from February 21st at 5pm in Mwimuto (Nairobi). The details of the space will be given once you confirm your participation and the sessions will last between 2 hours and 2 and a half hours.

 

The sessions will include theory, sharings, but above all, practices to experiment and find your own truth. Many of the practices will be Tantra practices, and Alchemical Breathing practices: a powerful transformative system that combines breathing, movement and guided meditation.

There is no possibility of attending only some of the classes. It is a process that is reserved in its entirety. To hold space properly, the spots are very limited given the intensity of the practices and the process, and not everyone interested in participating will be able to do so.
